Work with the Director to develop the overall sales strategy for the company.
Build and maximise client relationships for prospective clients.
Forecast and analyse company sales figures.
Lead on development of company sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business plan and other departmental strategies.
Evaluate and communicate relevant financial impact of existing client strategies and new business opportunities.
Proactively develop networking opportunities, identifying and following up potential clients.
Understand potential client business needs in order to develop tailored proposals.
Attend industry functions and provide feedback and recommendations based on market trends and best practice.
Take and make sales calls, and follow up.
Represent the company at industry awards, exhibitions, conferences and other events as required.
Work with Company Director to forecast annual sales in line with company strategy and business plan.
Analyse sales figures, identifying ROI’s and trends.
Use analysis to identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
Develop and deliver sales activity reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, or as required by the Director.

Proven experience in a Sales and/or Marketing role.
Highly numerate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Extremely confident telephone manner.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience and/or sound knowledge of digital marketing industry; Search Engine Optimisation and Paid Search.
Proven track record in sales growth.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills and closing skills.
Demonstrable presentation skills, both one-to-one and groups.
Exceptional client relationship building.
Highly motivated and able to work independently and part of a team.
Able to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage time across multiple clients.
Strong understanding of the sales process.
