To develop and manage client communication and reporting.
To deliver SEO feedback and recommendations, proposing improvements and strategies to ensure client retention and encourage business growth.
Maintain strong relations and regular communication with the client, delivering weekly, biweekly and monthly reporting and worksheets to clients.
Ensure effective and strategic co-ordination of agreed SEO campaigns, ensuring a ROI.
Support and educate the client in all issues relating to their campaign and ongoing SEO processes.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
Analyse client’s online data to identify new opportunities.
Offer appropriate support and involvement in proposals and attend pitches as required.
knowledge & skills
Good understanding of SEO marketing practices.
Proven experience in understanding, tracking and improving leading indicators of SEO success.
Proven experience working in SEO account management.
Ability to look at google analytics’ statistics charts and comment on statistical reports to clients.
Strong client relationship building experience with good presentation skills.
Proven experience of high level client pitches through case studies.
Highly motivated and able to work independently and part of a team.
Able to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage time across multiple clients.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable.
Marketing and/or business qualification desirable.
Demonstrable experience in managing Google algorithm.
Understanding of code language and products plus CMS platforms.
PHP developer skills an advantage.
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
