As market leaders in vocational training, Hawk needed a website to reflect the calibre of service and state-of-the-art facilities they offer. Navigation on the existing website was slow, wordy and confused, and the site was coldly factual rather than inspirational.
To enhance user experience, Topclick constructed the new website with four distinct pathways. Visitors are quickly able to determine the appropriate route for their particular search, and navigate directly to the relevant page, bypassing irrelevant sections. The onus on the site has shifted from reading to watching, with a focus on visual media, and specifically video, which feels more interactive and dynamic; it also captures the imagination of users and speeds up searches.
