With twenty-five years’ experience as South West London’s premier estate agency, James Anderson was looking for an updated website and brand identity which captured the heritage and community base of their business, but also reflected their future ambitions and the contemporary suite of services they offered. They felt their existing site was heritage-heavy and needed to be rebalanced.
The website revamp incorporated many bespoke features, such as online booking systems and automated viewing requests. This increased functionality both simplified and expedited the user experience, whilst simultaneously situating the business model as contemporary and tech-savvy.
Copy was refined and presented more systematically, and clever construction of copy and design content allowed for the presentation of the business as simultaneously established and modern.
